The Cosmic Adventure: Exploring Our Place in the Universe

Celebrate the beauty and diversity of our planet! Through interactive nature walks, eco-friendly crafts, and sensory experiences, your child will explore various ecosystems and the elements that sustain life. This week, they will learn about the importance of caring for our environment, fostering a deep appreciation for the Earth and nurturing future stewards of our planet.

Explore the intricate relationships between living things! Your child will engage in activities that highlight interdependence in ecosystems, such as role-playing as different animals and plants. Hong Kong | Regular Monthly Programs


Transitional Toddler (semi-accompanied, 18 - 30 months): This semi-accompanied program will help your toddler ease separation anxiety, develop focused attention through prolonged purposeful activity, and build self-confidence through active engagement with learning materials.

Hong Kong | Exploring the Five Elements Summer Camp

Program for children from 6 to 12 years

Academy of Innovation Primary School

Embark on an immersive five-week journey through the Five Elements: Metal (金, Jīn), Wood (木, Mù), Water (水, Shuǐ), Fire (火, Huǒ), and Earth (土, Tǔ). Rooted in ancient wisdom and modern exploration, this camp offers a deeper understanding of how these fundamental elements shape our world, culture, and thought.


Each week, young campers will focus on one element through engaging activities, field trips, hands-on experiments, critical analysis, and practical skill-building—all set against the vibrant backdrop of our beautiful city. From observing the resilience of metal in our urban landscape to exploring the nurturing power of earth in nature, everyone will cultivate a profound awareness of the interconnectedness of their environment.

Hong Kong | Exploring the Five Elements Summer Camp at AIP

Metal is everywhere in our daily lives, from the structures we live in to the vehicles we travel in. This week, students will explore how metal shapes our world through engaging science experiments that reveal its unique properties. They will learn about the importance of recycling metal and transform repurposed materials into creative works of art. Observing metal in buildings and transportation, they will gain a deeper appreciation for how this element supports modern civilization.

5 elements 1

Wood has been an integral part of human history, used for shelter, tools, and artistic expression. This week, students will explore the many attributes of wood, from its role in sustainability to its strength and versatility. They will visit parks to examine different tree species, learning how forests sustain life. Through hands-on arts and crafts, they will create wooden projects while understanding the deep connection between wood, culture, and nature.

5 elements 2

Water is a force of life, shaping landscapes and sustaining all living things. This week, students will engage in science experiments to explore the different forms of water, from liquid to vapor and ice. They will take part in exciting water activities, including beach exploration, to see firsthand how water connects ecosystems. Creativity will flow as students use water as a medium for artistic expression, and they will also experiment with cooking techniques that showcase water’s transformative role in food preparation.

Fire has long been a symbol of energy, change, and innovation. This week, students will conduct science experiments that reveal the fascinating properties of fire and how it transforms materials. They will listen to stories from different cultures about fire’s role in mythology and history. Cooking activities will introduce them to the power of heat in transforming ingredients, while creative projects will explore how fire has been used in art and craftsmanship throughout history.

This week, students will connect with nature through visits to farms and parks, where they will explore agriculture and sustainability in action.
